REMUNERATION REPORT OVERVIEW The Directors of Westgold Resources Limited present the Remuneration Report (the Report) for the Group for the year ended 30 June 2021 (FY2021). This Report forms part of the Directors’ Report and has been audited in accordance with section 300A of the Corporations Act 2001 and its regulations. The Report details the remuneration arrangements for Key Management Personnel (KMP) being the: – Non-Executive Directors (NEDs); and – Executive Chairman, executive directors and senior executives (collectively “the executives”). KMP are those who directly, or indirectly, have authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the major activities of the Group.
