31 Westgold Resources Limited Annual Report 2023 INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS During the financial year, the Company paid a premium in respect of a contract of insurance to insure Directors and Officers of the Company and related bodies corporate against those liabilities for which insurance is permitted under section 199B of the Corporations Act 2001. Disclosure of the nature of the liabilities and the amount of the premium is prohibited under the conditions of the contract of insurance. INDEMNIFICATION OF AUDITORS To the extent permitted by law, the Company has agreed to indemnify its auditors, Ernst & Young, as part of the terms of its audit engagement agreement against claims by third parties arising from the audit (for an unspecified amount). No payment has been made to indemnify Ernst & Young during or since the financial year.
